Food assistance
The Student Solidarity Collective offers food aid, operating on the principle of a free solidarity grocery store.
To benefit from it, register for one of our available slots by clicking on the button below.
Opening of reservations
Reservations are open every two weeks on Sundays at 10 a.m.
Regularly check the Synaio platform to know when the distributions will take place.
The Synaio platform
Faced with the ever-increasing number of bookings, and the need to guarantee the personal data of each person, the CSE has set up its own platform for booking slots, " Synaio ".
In order to book a slot, you need to create an account. Once the account is created, you will not need to enter the same information each time, as was the case with the Google Form, but simply log in to your account. Remember your login information.
NEW! You can now unsubscribe from your reservation if you can no longer make it. To do so, log in to your account, go to your dashboard, then to your reservation, and click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page. This will free up a spot for a student who may need it.
To come and pick up your package
If you have validated your registration on the platform, you should have received or will receive a confirmation email.
This one indicates the address of the place you have to go to in order to pick up your parcel. It also specifies that you must come with your own bags and egg boxes .
Taking into account the sanitary situation, we inform you that the wearing of a mask is mandatory to come and pick up your package.
Psychological aid
The Collectif de Solidarité Etudiante has set up its own psychological unit which will hear you while of course respecting the utmost confidentiality (no information will be transmitted to the Crous, universities, schools, etc.).
It includes professional psychologists and psychotherapists who volunteer their time to our Collective.
Some of our psychologists are English or Spanish speaking. If you wish to contact them, please send us an email to contact@cselyon.org . We will then put you in touch with them.
If you are unable to call or text to be called back due to a lack of a contract, you can use the WhatsApp application on your phone. By entering the phone number of one of our psychologists into your contacts, you will be able to communicate with her or him for free, provided, of course, that you have a wifi connection. If you are unable to install WhatsApp, send us an email at contact@cselyon.org and we will find a way to connect you.
Job assistance
The Student Solidarity Collective has joined the RAJ - Relance avec les jeunes (Relance with Young People) program, initiated by JobyPepper, in order to offer young people small student jobs. JobyPepper is the flexible work platform that offers missions adapted to your schedule.
